Ethical Guidelines
  • Ethics approval: Journal of Humanistic approach to sport and exercise studies (HASES)” follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and adhere to its Best Practice Guidelines.
  • Every research involving human subjects, human tissue, or human data must have been performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and must have been approved by an appropriate ethics committee. Based on the ICMJE recommendations a clinical trial is defined as “any research project that prospectively assigns people or a group of people to an intervention, with or without concurrent comparison or control groups, to study the cause-and-effect, relationship between a health-related intervention and a health outcome.” Those researches require registration in a public registry of trails (International Clinical Trials Registry).
  • Duplicate Submission:  Manuscripts that are found to have been submitted elsewhere (two or more journals), or to be under review elsewhere, will incur duplicate submission sanctions.
  • Duplicate Publication: Manuscripts that have been published elsewhere with the same intellectual material are considered duplicate publication. If authors have used their own previously published work, have to inform editors what is the novelty of the new manuscript and cite it to the previous.
  • Conflicts of Interest: the authors must declare that they have no conflicts of interest in this research.
